Silent Spirit

.introduction

Welcome to Silent Spirit, a miniature sprite archive. In this website, you will find a few sprites and icons which I have made. I have lost interest in creating sprites in this fashion, but I am having a hard time letting go of this website.

So what has changed? This used to be a sprite adoption agency. Now, there are no adoption forms and certainly no members list. I lack both the time and motivation. Thus, this site is on the honour system now.

.updates

August 7th 2005 - version two, entitled 'Huzzah Cheer' is released! The site has been trimmed down considerably, and has been transformed from an adoption agency into a static website. The site has also been converted to XHTML 1.0 Strict. Woot.

.the nitty gritty

All of the sprites on this website have been created by altering base sprites from Sailor Moon video games. All bases are from Lycentia's SM Graphics.

I named this site "Silent Spirit" because at the time of the site's creation, I was listening to one of The Tea Party's early CDs called Edges of Twilight. On this CD is a very cool song called "Silence" that I really like. The song itself inspired both the site title and the creation of the "Snake Woman" sprite. I'm not exactly sure why, but the song made me think of a snake. In case you want lyrics, here you go ^_-
